Please read this page carefully. The Terms and Conditions, when agreed to by you, will form a binding Agreement between you and Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai.

Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai will investigate occurrences, which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.
g) Termination of Access to Web Site. Users who violate these Terms and Conditions may be denied access to the Web Site at the sole discretion of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai.

The Chennaimath.org/istore website (“Site”) is owned and operated by Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai – a branch orngainzation of Ramakrishna Math/Mission, Belur. This Sales Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on or through the Site. By making a purchase on the Site you are agreeing to be bound by all of the terms and conditions (“Terms”) of this Policy. On occasion, the Terms may be revised by updating this Policy. It is your obligation to review the Terms from time to time.
II. RIGHT TO PURCHASE
Your right to purchase a product on this Site is subject to providing a valid address and a valid credit card. If the address or credit card information you provide is incorrect or invalid your order may not be processed or your order may be returned to us and you will be notified accordingly. Return Policy
All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. If you receive an item different than what was described in your order confirmation email, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please raise a ticket by visiting our site https://chennaimath.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new reporting the condition of the item on receipt. You will be given the option to either refund the transaction or to reship the product from our premises.
