2 - How do I browse for products in eStore?
- Go to Top Level Menu
- Hover the mouse on eStore menu
- A drop- down menu will open
- Click Browse Product Categories
3 - How do I search for products in eStore?
- Go to Top Level Menu
- Click eStore
- On top right, you will see Search in eStore by Title/Author
- Type the Title or Author or Artist and click Search
4 - How do I filter products by Language/Author/Artist?

6 - Does the book exactly match the product as shown in the eStore?
In order to bring you the best user experience on our website, we have converted all our book covers in 3D formats. But in that process, there might have been changes done that may not truly represent the actual product. Please refer to the book description while buying the product. Please refer to Terms for more information.

9 - What can I do if I am having trouble with my shopping cart?

10 - I can't login to the eStore. What can I do?

Please make sure that the username/email is typed correctly.

If you have forgotten the password, please click on Lost Password? in the Login window. Then enter your email address and click submit. An email will be sent to your id and contains the token number. Please enter the token number and click submit. Then give a new password to your account and confirm the new password.

If you have forgotten the username please click on Forget your Username? in the Login window and please follow the procedure.

11 - Can I place one order comprising of different categories (Magazine Subscription, Books, Online Downloads) into one?

Yes, Books, Magazines and Online downloads can be placed in one Order.

Books will be despatched by the shipping method that you have choosen.

Magazines will be despatched separately by our standard shipping method every month.

Online Download link will be sent via email.

12 - How long does it generally take to process an order?
-
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). We are closed on Sundays.

Once the order is shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method.

13 - My online payment to an eStore Order failed. Do I need to create a new Order?
You need not create a new Order. All you need to do is to make a payment on your existing Order by following the steps given below:
a) Click on 'Login' situated on the Main Menu (top) and enter your username/password info.
b) If you click the Login Panel "Your account info" will be displayed", click "your account info".
c) Click on "View" related to your Order Number.
d) Click Make payment now.Once you make the payment, we will do the needful.
14 - Was my order submitted successfully? I didn't see an order confirmation page.

If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order.

This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission.

You can see the orders that you have placed in the 'Order Overview' page in 'Your Account'.

If you still could not make an order successfully, please submit a request in email HelpDesk.

15 - What should I do if I have placed a duplicate order by mistake?

The order is considered as duplicate, if the payment is not made within the first two weeks of the placement of the order.

The status of the order will be changed to cancelled for duplicate orders after two weeks.

16 - What happens if an item is backordered?

If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, then it will automatically be removed from your order.

We will not hold an order because an item is backordered.

You will not be charged for the backordered item or for the shipping cost of the item.

If you were already been charged, you will be refunded.

17 - How can I check the status of my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot.

If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we can probably make the changes that you request.

Products sold by our chennaimath.org are supported by our return policy.

We need some form of proof that the item (a picture/photo of that item) is defective along with the order number, order date and stating the nature of the defect.

20 - How can I pay for my purchase? What are the payment methods accepted? Do you accept foreign credit cards/debit cards?

Payment can be made through Indian and International Credit Cards: Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Diners/JCB. We have provided option in our online store individually for International and Indian Customers.

Payment can also made through Debit Cards (Around 20 Indian banks - SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Axis, Citibank, HSBC etc). Also some International Visa Electron/Maestro debit cards are also accepted.

A credit card charge can be declined due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date,a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons.

Select the subscription you would want and click on 'Add to Cart'. Please note that you can buy any number of subscriptions of any type in a Order, but you can give only one shipping/delivery address for all of them. If you want to buy subscriptions attached to multiple shipping addresses then please make a separate Order for each shipping address.

30 - Does online downloads have DRM restrictions?
No, it doesn't have any DRM restrictions, but your license for digital download allows you to have this in any of your 5 devices (Example: on your PC, Laptop, Netbook, iPhone, iPad). Distributing the digital content to others or sharing it on the internet is strictly prohibited under copyright law.

39 - How long does it take to ship the product?
All our books ship from Southern part of India (Chennai), and we have varying times depending upon the shipping mode you choose. FedEx service provides overnight deliveries while DTDC courier ships anywhere between 2 - 5 days. Indian postal service takes the longest but serves all locations including remote towns/villages
