+4 # Why minimum marks 2011-03-03 19:38
Dear Sir,

Why should you have a minimum marks for leading a life for God? I hope this stipulation does not prevent a deserving candidate from joining your order.

Thank you,

Indu J.

+4 # Minimum marks for the Love of God... 2011-04-16 17:54
Dear Sir
I am from Denmark and a great admirer of The Paramahamsa. Reading about the qualification needed for joining the R.K. order, seems a little odd to a western mind, sorry to say that sir... I hope a longing Heart with its wish for complete surrender to the Master must be the true requisite? I hope not it takes an exam of some kind to serve Him to serve God, does it? And what about age? I find that the CALL from within often comes after a lived life with all its sorrows and disappointments . With best intentions and respect-Carsten

+7 # Exams to be allowed to Love and serve God 2011-04-16 19:40
By the way, sir...I think the majority of the amazing Indian saints through the ages wouldn't have been able to pass your criteria for joining the Order, and I think that include Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa himself... Rama Rama

Namaste,

It was quite interesting to read the min requirements to become a monk. Do you have any reservation quota for MBCs, OBCs, SC/ST?

Thanks,
Srinivas
